This monthly Website Support SLA includes up to 20 hours of web development, technical support, troubleshooting, platform maintenance, integration assistance, and general consulting during the monthly billing period.
Covered services may include website updates, bug fixes, ecommerce platform support, third-party integration troubleshooting, performance review, configuration assistance, content or product update support, and coordination with hosting or software vendors as needed.
Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any work exceeding the included 20 hours will be billed separately at the standard hourly rate or quoted separately when appropriate.
